ResumeAI provides an AI-powered resume and cover letter generation tool. We use Google Gemini AI models to assist in drafting professional content. The final accuracy and suitability of the documents are the user's responsibility.
3. Payments and Refunds
Our services are provided on a one-time payment basis (Resume, Bundle, or Cover Letter). Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate costs of AI generation, we generally do not offer refunds once the AI content has been generated.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you provide. By using the service, you grant us a license to process your content through AI models solely for the purpose of generating your requested documents.
5. Limitation of Liability
ResumeAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities resulting from the use of our service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of your jurisdiction. You and ResumeAI irrevocably consent that the courts of your jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise.
